Installation

Install pytorch >= 1.1.0 following official instruction.
Install rlepose:

pip install cython
python setup.py develop

Install COCOAPI.

pip install -U 'git+https://github.com/cocodataset/cocoapi.git#subdirectory=PythonAPI'

Init data directory:

mkdir data
