EMTAUC

We provided a matlab implementation for an evolutionary multitasking AUC optimization framework (EMTAUC). In this code, SBGA is considered a basic multitasking optimizer.

Getting started

  • Clone this repo:
git clone https://github.com/xiaofangxd/EMTAUC.git

  • Install MATLAB.

Test Suites

We provide two test suites, 'diabetes_scale' and 'fourclass_scale', for example. All datasets used in the paper can get from https://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvmtools/datasets/.

Running

  • Running main.m.
