If the technology is true , Not into bone tissue , It is GBR(Guided Bone Regeneration) Advanced revision of surgery .

GBR The operation is based on flap operation + Biofilm （ One of them is absorbable biofilm , It is equivalent to collagen in this operation ）

I guess the function of pinhole is to inject this collagen biofilm .
