HOW TO GET GROUPNUMBERID? open group settings and... copy the numbers and paste them into the code

HOW TO CONFIGURE BOT RIGHTS? open group settings and... allow all. again allow all! and save it.

Open main.py using Python. add the bot to the conversation and write /help
