Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the subject background, the research status at home and abroad, the research purpose and significance, the basic concept, the working principle, the development course and the current situation of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).In the industrial production of the No.Smart cabinets are specifically designed specifically for the actual situation of the increasing use of household items.This paper briefly introduces the use, development and operation mode of the intelligent storage cabinet, introduces the characteristics and uses of the configuration software, and describes the overall framework and hardware structure of the control system in detail.
This paper uses PLC technology to reasonably design the intelligent storage cabinet control system, mainly using Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC to control the intelligent storage cabinet, clarify the control requirements of the intelligent storage cabinet, and provide the design and distribution of solutions to meet the requirements. Reasonable input and output node ladder diagram uses the existing experimental equipment to debug the control system, complete the communication between PLC and configuration software, and achieve the expected purpose of using PLC external hardware switch and ladder diagram.Control the simulation animation in the configuration software.According to the final results, the control system designed by PLC is stable, reliable and convenient.

3.1 System design requirements
3.1.1 Hardware requirements
