配置ADCS后访问certsrv的问题

成功配置ADCS后，从服务器端浏览器访问与客户端访问certsrv页面显示的内容不完全一致，有时间同样一个连接，所显示的路径是不一样，大概网页中有一个判断，是同一个域内访问的，还是从外部访问的，因此展示的页面也就不同了。
