É comprovada a influência dos fenômenos El Niño e La Niña nas secas no nordesde brasileiro!

  • Este algoritmo usa uma base de dados fornecida pelo NOAA (National Oceanic and Anmospheric Administration), por meio do ONI (Oceanic Niño Index), juntamente com dados de vazão da ANA (Agência Nacional de Águas) para visualização do comportamento inversamente proporcional das vazões mínimas anuais de rios nordestinos (Brasil) comparadas com a variação do ION.
  • Ao usar dados de vazões de rios do estado do Maranhão, o algoritmo monta o gráfico e mostra a relação entre o El Niño com a baixa precipitação, e a La Niña e a alta precipitação.
  • A análise foi usada para para tratamento de dados de uma pesquisa de mestrado.

The influence of the El Niño and La Niña phenomena on the droughts in northeastern Brazil is proven!

  • This algorithm uses a database provided by the NOAA (National Oceanic and Anmospheric Administration), through the ONI (Oceanic Niño Index), together with flow data from the ANA (Agência Nacional de Águas) to visualize the inversely proportional behavior of the flows annual minimums of northeastern rivers (Brazil) compared to the ION variation.
  • When using river flow data from the state of Maranhão, the algorithm builds the graph and shows the relationship between El Niño and low precipitation, and La Niña and high precipitation.
  • The analysis was used to process data to a master's research.
