Create an user aawt with access_key and private_key Attach policy below on aawt user:

* AmazonDynamoDBReadOnlyAccess
* CloudFrontReadOnlyAccess
You need to create an inline policy:

You need to enable "Monitor your estimated charges"

  • Billing & Cost Management > Preferences > Check "Receive Billing Alerts"
