1. Concept

Grayscale image , Only one color （ gray ） form . Only the gray scale of each pixel is different , namely 0~255.

When the gray scale is 0 when , Shown in black , When the gray scale is 255 when , It's shown in white .

2. The way of division

Two common ways of threshold segmentation ：

2.1 Static threshold segmentation ： Set two gray values , Separate the characteristic areas .

2.2 Binary threshold segmentation ： Set a gray value , Areas larger than this gray value are white , Areas smaller than this gray value are black .

binary_threshold() Two valued , Can automatically select dark （dark） Area , Or automatically select the light （light） Area .
