需要添加扩展

项目级别build.gradle

buildscript {
    ext {
        compose_version = '1.1.0-beta01'
    }
}

app级别build.gradle

    debugImplementation "androidx.compose.material:material-icons-extended:$compose_version"

访问网址可以看到
