Linear rings obey the following rules ：
1、 A linear ring is a closed ring with four or more positions LineString
2、 The first and last positions are the same .（ They have the same value , They said the same ）.
3、 A linear ring is the boundary of a surface or the boundary of a hole .
4、 Linear rings must obey the right-hand rule , That is, the outer ring is counterclockwise , The hole is clockwise .
notes ：[ GJ2008 ] The specification does not discuss linear surround groups The order . For backward compatibility , Parser should not reject Polygons that do not follow the right-hand rule .
