  I found that my environment is basically ping no .

According to the troubleshooting plan , First, ensure that the environment can ping through .

It may be that the port in the security group is not open , According to the process in the figure, we can test ping What is the port when .

The destination port found is -1.

Then go to the security group to check whether the port is open ：

  Because it is a local access server , So choose the appropriate type of Protocol （ Here is IPv4）. After configuration , Again ping, Find out ping Through the .

 ping After communication , Access desktop remote connection , I still can't access . But it can be accessed through the pagoda panel .

So I went to Alibaba's manual customer service , To understand ！

my Server is Linux Environmental . Unable to use remote desktop access ！

Use WinSCP Access the server environment .

  Port number ：FTP The default port is 21
