2、 To configure NodeJS Global and cache paths

　 npm config set prefix “D:\Program Files\npm\node_global”

　 npm config set cache “D:\Program Files\npm\node_cache”

3、 Configure environment variables

User variables and system variables add variables NODE_PATH, A variable's value ：D:\Program Files\npm\node_global

User variables and system variables Path, New value added ：%NODE_PATH%
