LCD驱动有TE信号输出，该信号是驱动从ram中读取数据进行显示的信号，两个高电平之间代表一帧数据，LCD写一帧的时间是可以通过寄存器设置的，解决撕裂问题，主要需要做到两点
1.LCD写一帧数据的时间需要是MCU发送一帧数据的时间的2倍
2.要等待收到TE信号的时刻再开始发送数据
