windows 10 系统。

使用conda create命令报该错误：

Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): failed

ProxyError: Conda cannot proceed due to an error in your proxy configuration.
Check for typos and other configuration errors in any '.netrc' file in your home directory,
any environment variables ending in '_PROXY', and any other system-wide proxy
configuration settings.

解决方法：

1. 先关闭代理软件/VPN，尝试是否可以解决；

2. 在电脑 setting-> network and internet-> proxy-> 下图红框中添加 *.anaconda.org，尝试是否可以解决；

 3. 在上图同一页面，关闭 "use a proxy server"

自己经过上面步骤处理成功解决。
