NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. 
Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

Tried a lot of ways , Finally, reinstall the graphics card driver （ Only the latest version can be installed ）

Method 1 （ Try it yourself , But I still haven't solved the problem ）
Method 2 ： Due to installation cuda The version is 11.7（ The original cuda edition 11.4 It can't be installed ）, I generate one Soft link , Through generation cuda11.4 The folder of is linked to cuda11.7, In this way, the system can find cuda11.4 Folder
